Shipping policy

We currently ship our products to Austria and Germany.

1. Shipping costs (including statutory value-added tax) We charge the following fair, fixed flat shipping rates for packaging and shipping:

Deliveries within Austria: €7.90 (For orders with a value of €30.00 or more, we ship books free of charge within Austria.)

Deliveries to Germany: €18.50 (For orders with a value of €70.00 or more, we ship books free of charge to Germany.)

Important note regarding our plush characters: As shipping is complex, they are generally excluded from free shipping. However, we ensure absolutely fair shipping prices for these as well. The exact costs will always be transparently displayed to you at checkout before completing the order.

2. Delivery times Unless another period is specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered domestically (Austria) within 3-5 working days, and for international deliveries (Germany) within 5-8 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
